COVID Policy Update – 18th December 2021

Unfortunately, due to the increasing number of COVID cases in our area, for the safety of our clients, staff, and community, we have had to make the decision to return to phone consultations only. Starting from 18th December, we will conduct your pet’s health examination in our clinic, while gathering their relevant history from you over the phone. We kindly ask that you wait in your car during this phone call. We will review the COVID situation in Newcastle in the New Year.

As always, thank you for trusting us with your beloved pet during this time. We consider them family. We are taking every precaution necessary to ensure that a COVID case does not force our clinic to close for an extended period of time, so we can be there for you incase of emergency or illness. Thank you for your understanding and kindness as we all get through this period.

Please see below our policy when arriving at our clinic:

– Check in to reception using the iPad, entering your current phone number.
– Ensure your phone is available.
– Wait until our staff call you, and meet them at the door to drop off your pet.
– Return to your car to discuss your pet’s consultation over the phone.
– When finalising, meet our staff at the door for contactless payment.

We thank you once again for your help in keeping our doors open, for you, your pet, and your local community.
